Custom Differentiation

BrainXell dedicates over half of its production capacity to custom differentiation services, creating neural and glial cells from hundreds of unique iPSC lines provided by our clients and collaborators. Projects are flexible, accommodating varying scales (from 25 million to 20 billion cells), characterization needs, and delivery formats.

We offer comprehensive support in project design, including iPSC line selection/sourcing, and have extensive experience with disease, isogenic corrected, gene-edited/knockout, and reporter lines. Additionally, we offer control lines for parallel differentiation or third-party gene editing prior to differentiation. As a part of the Edit Co (Synthego) Discovery Partnership Ecosystem, BrainXell control iPSC lines are fast tracked for rapid turnaround of iPSC editing projects.
