Spinal Astrocytes (BX-0650) demonstrate high purity, with over 90% of cells expressing key astrocyte markers GFAP, ALDH1L1, and Vimentin, and fewer than 2% MAP2-positive neuronal cells at 7 days post-thaw. They display mature, process-bearing morphologies characteristic of astrocytes and ready-to-be used in functional assays as early as 7 days.
