Marker Expression: Midbrain Dopaminergic Neurons (BX-0200) consist of cells derived from human iPSCs that have been induced to neuroepithelial cells, patterned to midbrain floorplate progenitors and differentiated to midbrain dopaminergic neurons. The resulting cell populations contain 50% TH+ cells (a marker for dopaminergic cells).
